Two years, products with your own logo or without logo

2. DVR, NVR
Two years,  products with your own logo or without logo

3. Speed Dome Camera
Two years, products with your own logo or without logo

Conditions and Terms:

The warranty starts from the delivery date from our company;
During the warranty, any defective product will get repaired or replaced for free;
The warranty is unavailable for those products which are broken by the violence or the carelessness or repaired or altered without the authorization.
A RMA form will be asked to fill in.

Payment Terms: 

1. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
Usually we accept 100% T/T in advance;
Subjected the order amount, we can accept 30% deposit T/T in advance + 70% balance T/T before the shipment.

2. Paypal, 4.4%+$0.03 commission charges will be added into the amount.

3. Western Union
Please offer us MTCN and the sender name after you make the payment.

4. Letter of Credit(L/C)
L/C is available for the sea transit only. We don't accept L/C for the air transit.

On condition that order amount reaches some one then we will accept L/C;
We accept L/C at sight only;

Lead Time:

Sample orders will be delivered from our factory within 3 days.
General orders will be delivered from our factory within 3 - 10 days.
Big orders will be delivered from our factory within 5 -15 days at most.

Please offer us your own model numbers and relative requirements.

Please offer us the finished manual.
